Stephanie Colon is the founder of Stephanie Colon Consulting, a business development strategy firm that helps companies scale, frow, and thrive through social media management, professional development, and business development strategies. She is also a dynamic public speaker, sharing powerful insights on the importance of Communication Intelligence in the workplace and how intentional communication drives trust, performance and team synergy.

Before launching her firm, Stephanie, built a 25-year career in banking, rising from teller to senior leadership in multiple areas of the banking industry. This experience gave her deep expertise in helping small to mid-size businesses secure financing, streamline operations, and create sustainable growth, skills she now brings to every client.

A proud military wife of 28 years, Stephanie has balanced raising a family while supporting her husband through multiple U.S. Air Force Deployments. As a devoted mother to four, including her brother and three daughters, she embodies resilience, adaptability, and servant leadership.

Stephanie's commitment to community runs just as deep. She has served on numerous non-profit boards, including United Way, Girls Inc. and Achievement Academy. She is a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club, an alumna of Leadership Lakeland, Leadership Polk, and has completed multiple terms as a Board Member for the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce.
